Reporting Guidelines
Specific Guidelines for CLUBS
- Report hours spent by each member in approved club programs/ projects ONLY. (Participation in and travel time to/from regular club meetings should not be included.
- Narratives are optional but greatly increase chances of recognition.
- Narratives may not exceed two pages, single spaced.
- Adhere to state reporting deadlines.
- If reporting online, you will have the option to print your online report. Please remember to submit the same report to the appropriate state program/project chairman. If reporting by postal mail or fax, submit one copy of completed GFWC Report Form (plus narratives if applicable) to appropriate state program/project chairman AND one copy to GFWC,Dept. P, 1734 N ST NW,Washington, DC 20036.
Specific Guidelines for STATE CHAIRMEN
- Narratives must be submitted with completed GFWC Report Form.
- Narratives may not exceed three pages, single spaced.
- If reporting online, you will have the option to print your online report. Please remember to submit the same report to the appropriate GFWC program/project chairman. If reporting by postal mail or fax, submit one copy of completed GFWC Report Form (plus narrative) to the appropriate GFWC Chairman (see Administrative Directory for Chairmen’s mailing addresses), postmarked no later than March 15 (annually) AND one copy to GFWC,Dept. P, 1734 N ST NW, Washington, DC 20036.
Specific Guidelines for STATE JUNIOR CHAIRMEN
- Narratives must be submitted with completed GFWC Report Form.
- Narratives may not exceed three pages, single spaced.
- If reporting online, you will have the option to print your online report. Please remember to submit the same report to the appropriate state chairman. If reporting by postal mail or fax, submit one copy of completed GFWC Report Form (plus narrative) to the appropriate state chairman by the deadline established by your state federation, AND one copy to GFWC,Dept. P, 1734 N ST NW, Washington, DC 20036, postmarked no later than March 15 (annually).

- Narratives may not exceed three pages, single spaced.

If reporting by postal mail or fax, submit one copy of completed GFWC Report Form (plus narrative) to the the GFWC Second Vice-President, AND two copies to GFWC,Dept. P, 1734 N ST NW, Washington, DC 20036, postmarked no later than April 1 (annually).
Specific Guidelines for GFWC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, STATE PRESIDENTS, STATE DIRECTORS OF JUNIOR CLUBS, REGION PRESIDENTS
- Narratives must be submitted with completed GFWC Report Form.
- Narratives may not exceed three pages, single spaced.
- If reporting by postal mail or fax, submit two copies of completed GFWC Report Form (plus narrative) to GFWC, Dept. P, 1734 N ST NW, Washington, DC 20036, postmarked no later than April 1 (annually).
- GFWC Chairmen shall send a list of award winners to the GFWC Program Department, by April 12 (annually, if applicable).
