State Conventions

Most GFWC State Federations host a State Convention each spring. The state officers plan their State Convention which includes; determining the dates, establishing location and planning all activities. State conventions are a great place to learn more about local clubs and their activities as well as gather information on how to improve your club meetings. Another perk of attending your local conference is that it provides ample opportunities to network, meet new federation friends, and gain knowledge on how your state is contributing to the overall mission of GFWC.
