Queen City Royal Raffle

An exciting addition to Convention, the Queen City Royal Raffle offers Convention attendees an opportunity to win unique and enticing prizes. Proceeds will benefit GFWC programs, including the GFWC Success for Survivors Scholarship, GFWC Disaster Relief—Library Replenishment Fund, and women's health programs. To help make this new part of Convention a success, donate a raffle prize such as gift certificates, theme park tickets, timeshares, or designer purses. Think about the skills of your club members—are they crafty? Can they bake? Consider donating handmade quilts, jewelry, or a cookie of the month club. All donations will be acknowledged in the Convention Program. To donate an item, complete and send a Donor Agreement form (PDF | Word), along with a high-resolution picture of the item to PR@GFWC.org by May 21.

Gifts to Headquarters

Invest in the future of GFWC Headquarters by making a contribution to the GFWC Pipe Project. Donations to this year’s Gifts to Headquarters Fund are designated toward replacing corroded water piping in 1734 N Street. Unfortunately, this is a costly—and very necessary—repair. Your donations to the GFWC Pipe Project will help ensure that repair work is conducted in a timely manner, preventing delays that may compromise the building’s integrity. To receive donation acknowledgement at the Sunday Business Session and in the Convention Program, donations must be received at GFWC Headquarters by May 21, 2012.

To contribute, complete the 2012 Gifts to Headquarters Donation Form (Word | PDF) and mail it to GFWC, Attn: Gifts to Headquarters, 1734 N Street NW, Washington, DC 20036-2990, or fax it to 202-835-0246.
