Leadership Program
GFWC clubs are led by members themselves, and it is their experience and leadership that shape our programs and projects. In order to identify potential leaders, strengthen leadership skills of GFWC members, encourage members to seek leadership opportunities, and support youth leadership programs, we encourage clubs to participate in the Leadership Program.
Through the Leadership Program, GFWC recognizes one state federation in each membership category for outstanding achievement in the leadership. Additionally, one club will be selected to receive a cash prize based on their creativity in implementing the Leadership Program.
