Remembering September 11th

In a matter of hours, September 11, 2001 changed life as we knew it.

The 2000-2002 GFWC Board of Directors meeting wrapped up the previous evening in Williamsburg, Va., with a heartwarming rendition of Let There Be Peace on Earth. Since that time, every GFWC meeting concludes with the singing of that song.
