Reporting
GFWC clubs and state federations report annually on their activities in the six core departments and special projects supported by the Federation. Although clubs are not required to report, doing so greatly enhances the full perspective of GFWC's community impact. The Program Department produces an Annual Report detailing the work that clubwomen do, and at the Annual International Convention awards are given for a variety of projects.
Online Reporting
GFWC's online reporting option is a direct result of member requests to make the reporting process easier and more efficient.
Why should I report online?
Online reporting saves energy and resources, both for the individual submitting the report and for GFWC Headquarters. It ensures accuracy in reporting, and expedites our accounting of all club reports. With more than 4,000 clubs eligible to report, streamlining this process is vital to keeping it manageable.
Benefits of Online Reporting
- Save your progress and return later; this means you can complete your report in more than one session, on a schedule that works for you.
- Share your username and password with your reporting team and everyone can contribute to the same report.
- Receive your completed report by e-mail. This acts as confirmation of the information you submitted, and is an easy way to report to your state--just forward the information, or copy and paste it into your state reports.
