Welcome to GFWC’s online reporting module. This dynamic, online software enables members and clubs to create and submit comprehensive reports of their GFWC activities for the calendar year 2008, while saving valuable resources involved in creating and processing reports. 

To make online reporting even easier, we have developed a step-by-step training document that you should use as a complement to the 2008-2010 GFWC Reporting Form and the tool tips and instructions in this online module. Please download and review the GFWC Guide to Online Reporting 2009 before proceeding.

5. RECORD OF REPORTING

Click on “Proceed to confirmation” to review the information entered. If you wish to make corrections, you may do so by clicking on "Make a correction" at the bottom of your screen. 

If you would like to print your report, you may do so from this confirmation page. Please print before clicking on CONFIRM.  

For instructions on saving your report as a PDF, refer to the Appendix of the GFWC Guide to Online Reporting 2009.

If your information is accurate and you are ready to submit, click on CONFIRM. After you click on CONFIRM, you will receive your report at the e-mail address you entered in question 3.

Please remember that your state or district may have separate reporting requirements not fulfilled by this GFWC form. Check your district/state guidelines for full reporting requirements and deadlines.
