Thank you again for providing your comments, questions, and concerns regarding GFWC’s copyright information at this past weekend’s Board of Directors Meeting.
As promised, we have created a copyright statement below that covers copyright, permission, and guidance, which we believe addresses the main concerns that you and our members have: permission for GFWC members to reproduce and excerpt from GFWC materials, guidance on using copyrighted GFWC materials, and detail on how to credit information and/or excerpts:

Documents or materials that may not be copied or reproduced without GFWC's permission will be so indicated. Under no circumstances may any GFWC materials be reproduced for sale or profit.
We believe that the above copyright statement provides the permission and guidelines requested by members of the Board of Directors, removing the onus on GFWC leaders at all levels from having to seek permission from GFWC on an individual basis to use a majority of the materials we make available to GFWC members. In addition, by listing our phone number and website, we also provide easy access to GFWC Headquarters in case anyone has questions regarding the copyright and/or guidelines.
