Is my donation tax deductible?
GFWC is a tax-exempt nonprofit, 501(c)3 as defined by the Internal Revenue Service. Your gift to GFWC qualifies as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes as permitted by law. A copy of the letter documenting tax-exempt status is available from GFWC. If you make a gift associated with a product, event, or service, GFWC will provide you with the necessary documentation for tax purposes. Please contact your tax professional or accountant for more information.

I can only make a small donation at this time. Will it still make an impact?
Every gift makes a difference. The cumulative effect of several small gifts can be very significant. For example, your gift can help fund the purchase of a needed book for the Women's History and Resource Center, assist in the start-up of a pilot project, or help fund a club grant. In this manner, the power of your gift is magnified many times over.

Can I send a gift in memory or in honor of a fellow clubwoman, friend, or loved one?
A gift in memory of a fellow club member, friend, or loved one is a meaningful and reflective reminder of your shared joy in life together. A contribution in honor of a fellow club member, friend, or loved one is a perfect gift for any occasion—birthdays, anniversaries, or graduations. Anytime you want to celebrate a special occasion or recognize someone special, consider a gift to GFWC.

How can I take advantage of my company's Matching Gift Program?
You can double or further multiply the impact of a gift if you are an employee, retiree, or director of a company that matches gifts to qualified organizations.
