The Executive Committee, led by the GFWC International President, represents GFWC members on a national scale. Each elected Executive Committee member serves a two-year term in her position and is then eligible to run for the next highest office. The exceptions are the Director of Junior Clubs and Parliamentarian, who are appointed by the president. During her administration, the GFWC International President lives at GFWC Headquarters in Washington D.C.

If there is time in the day to lend a helping hand, Irene Iverson will do it. A member of two GFWC clubs and recent honoree of the One OC Spirit of Volunteerism Award for 2014, Irene has been an active leader in her community since she joined the Red Cross as a volunteer at 15.
Success For Survivors Scholarship
Each year, GFWC awards scholarships to help intimate partner abuse survivors obtain a post-secondary education that offers a chance to reshape their future by securing employment and gaining personal independence.
GFWC Sebastian River Junior Woman's Club
The GFWC Sebastian River Junior Woman's Club of Sebastian, Florida has been dedicated to volunteerism since its founding in 1977, but has also been a great way for members to form lasting friendships.
