Juanita M. Bryant, thirty—fourth international president of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, 1982—1984. Juanita's special project during her administration was working with the mentally— and physically—handicapped, particularly through the Special Olympics. She also made international trips to visit CARE project sites in Asia. During her administration, the Women's History and Resource Center officially opened on May 1, 1984.
