GFWC Clubs Advocate for Children This Week

October 25, 2021

Advocates for Children Week, an annual GFWC observance, began Sunday, October 24, and takes place through Saturday, October 30. GFWC celebrates all of the clubs who are making a difference in the lives of children, and is encouraging clubs to participate in the “Stick Your Neck Out” Challenge this week.

In particular, GFWC is encouraging its clubs to bring awareness to the challenges that children in crisis face and how helping them can advance the goal of developing safe communities all around the world. Clubs are also urged to support schools in their efforts to develop new curricula, especially arts education.
