Carlene A. Garner, forty—eighth international president of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, 2010—2012. The focus of Carlene's administration is the new GFWC Signature Project: Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention. Childhood advocacy, Haiti disaster relief, literacy, and women's history are also key issues. GFWC "departments" are now called Community Service Programs (CSP). Her administration theme is "Create a Vision—Build a Reality."
