Faye Z. Dissinger, forty—first international president of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, 1996—1998. Faye focused her administration on women's issues and particularly promoted women's history and the Women's History and Resource Center. Additionally, her administration promoted contemporary women's issues, membership development, and GFWC's public image. Her administration theme was "Celebrate Women: Past, Present, Future."
