Helen Busch Chapman, twentieth international president of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, 1954—1956. During her term, Helen was particularly concerned about the state of families and children in the U.S. She took on the issue of crime in entertainment in order to clean up comic books, television, and radio broadcasts.
