GFWC state awards submissions are divided into award categories based upon the state membership totals at the beginning of an administration. This structure gives the respective judging committee or chairman the most opportunities to ensure that each and every application receives careful consideration. Below are the totals for the 2018-2020 Administration.

Category I: 3,500 Members or More
